ASSESSMENT

I firmly believe that the key to your success is in the Assessment. In order to know what exercises you should be doing, and how to solve your issues, we need to know how your body moves, and doesn’t move. By utilising a combination of FRC mobility, corrective exercise, & traditional strength training we will determine exactly what areas you need to work on, and give us the roadmap to your success!

What is FRC?

Developed by world-renowned musculoskeletal expert Dr. Andreo Spina, Functional Range Conditioning® is a joint-training system utilised to improve joint mobility & function, improve nervous system function, and reduce pain & injury so you can move freely & to your full potential!

What is CES?

Corrective Exercise Specialist: A system developed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) to assess & correct muscle imbalances, improve posture, & fix muscle compensation patterns. A CES will help you restore your body and joints so you can move better and feel better!
