  • Post-Physical Therapy Patients: Folks recently discharged from physical rehabilitation for an injury, and want to continue receiving care, progressing their exercises, and prevent re-injury.

  • Pain Episodes in the Gym: Individuals struggling with nagging joint & muscle pain, who want to train but keep getting hurt in the gym. Learn to lift with impeccable technique and avoid getting hurt all the time!

  • Mobility: Feeling stiff and “locked up”? People struggling with their joint mobility and flexibility, who want to regain their range of motion.

  • Athletes - Folks who are seasoned gym-veterans, but need to work on their mobility & joint functioning to optimise performance.

Personal Training

  • Work 1-on-1 with me to transform your body, work on any problem areas you want to improve on, learn how to train, and accomplish all of your health and fitness goals.

  • Personalised exercises based on your physical needs, to reach your individual goals. I will go through and assess your body mechanics & joints so I can determine what is going wrong or what needs to be worked on to get you feeling optimal!

  • I will guide you and teach you every step of the way, ensuring that you leave my care more knowledgable, confident, and independent in the gym!

Partner Training

  • Train with your partner or favorite workout buddy, while receiving individualised exercise plans tailored to your individual abilities, goals, and limitations.

  • Share cost with your workout partner to make it more affordable for both of you.

  • Have a small group of friends you enjoy working out with? Groups of 3-4 people can train all at once!

Group Training

  • Train with a supportive community of 6-8 like-minded individuals who inspire and motivate you to show up for yourself & each other!

  • Work at your own pace & ability level, while receiving individualised care & attention. All the while being a part of the group dynamic during these cohesive workouts.

  • Significantly more affordable than 1-on-1 personal training, without sacrificing quality of care.
