Partner Training
Train with your partner or favorite workout buddy, while receiving individualised exercise plans tailored to your individual abilities, goals, and limitations.
Share cost with your workout partner to make it more affordable for both of you.
Have a small group of friends you enjoy working out with? Groups of 3-4 people can train all at once!
Group Training
Train with a supportive community of 6-8 like-minded individuals who inspire and motivate you to show up for yourself & each other!
